Why dematerialize ?
By dematerializing your incoming purchase invoices, you can gain time and therefore also money … :
- No need to look for invoices in bonders
In BOB 50 you can open the scanned invoices with one click from every screen that has a link to the document.
- Document sharing
You can consult the scanned invoices via a secure entry point, wherever you are : in one of your company’s locations, at home, in the accounting firm. This makes it easy to share information with colleagues or with your accountant, etc.
- Electronic approval flow via WEB interface
As soon as your documents have been dematerialized, we can start an electronic approval flow which allows approvers to treat the purchase invoices :
- No need for paper « signature books », which require you to copy all the original documents.
- All purchase invoices are directly booked into BOB 50, and the VAT is then reclaimed at the next tax declaration.
- All invoices are automatically blocked for payment and only released when the last person has given their approval.
- With one click you can send a copy of the invoice, even to someone who doesn’t have access to BOB 50.
