Actions Management
Action management consists of planning, organising, monitoring and controlling the actions required to achieve the objectives of a project or company. This can include defining tasks, assigning responsibilities, setting deadlines, monitoring progress and resolving problems.
Ticketing
Ticketing is a system for tracking requests and problems submitted by a company’s customers or employees. Tickets can be used to report incidents, technical problems, service requests, requests for information, etc. Tickets are generally sorted in order of priority and assigned to members of staff responsible for resolving them.
Activities
Activities refer to all the tasks and actions that are carried out as part of a project or business. This may include planning, organising, implementing, monitoring and evaluating activities. Activities are generally linked to specific objectives and are planned as part of a calendar or work plan.
Efficient coordination
Action management, ticketing and activities are three key areas of project and business management. Although each of these areas can be managed separately, it is often preferable to integrate them into an overall management system to ensure effective coordination and complete visibility of the progress of projects and operations.
