Administrative Assistant & Customer Support

 

After an inhouse training, you will be integrated in a dynamic Business Unit of 16 professionals, who implement and support Sage ERP & CRM software: Sage BOB, Sage Cloud Demat and Sage 100.

 

The challenge

You are the central point within the Business Unit, your main missions are the following:

  • Interaction with visitors:
    • Take phone calls and ensure reception services (calls and reception of visitors);
  • Interaction with Sales Managers:
    • Manage the renewal of contracts and licenses (offer/order/invoice & electronic filing)
  • Interaction with Administrative colleagues:
    • Maintain database of contracts, licenses, services;
    • Prepare customer invoices;
    • Track and verify supplier invoices;
  • Participate in the administration of the customer ticketing system;
  • Participate in workshops to enhance your knowledge;

 

Your skills

  • You are a Dutch or French speaker with an excellent knowledge of the second language;
  • You have a first experience in a administrative or customer support function;
  • You have a great affinity with numbers and an interest in the IT world;
  • You are rigorous, proactive and open to learn;
  • You are dynamic, autonomous and motivated.
